I'm an ambitious and motivated Early Childhood professional with over 20 years of experience in the sector.
An entrepreneur at heart, I founded and successfully operated a recruitment and training agency for Early Childhood professionals for eight years. I’ve since held senior leadership roles including Head of Operations and General Manager positions. Here I was responsible for overseeing multiple services, leading large teams, and driving continuous improvement across all areas of early childhood operations.
My expertise spans in Early Childhood Education, Leadership & Team Development, Business Growth, and Compliance & Quality Improvement. I specialise in turning around underperforming services, achieving strong Assessment and Rating outcomes, securing license increase approvals, and ensuring full regulatory compliance. I have built strong, collaborative relationships with the Department of Education, working closely with them to support service performance and alignment with sector standards.
Today, I am the proud founder and director of Grow You Childcare Solutions, a tailored consultancy that provides hands-on, uplifting, and personalised support to early childhood service providers.
My mission is to equip services with embedded systems, clear goals, and the right tools to drive excellence, maintain compliance, and achieve sustainable growth.
